A: Sure. I would advise you properly spot clean the soiled clothing separately in a laundry sink. Once you remove the najasah, throw them in the machine with the rest. Add a little soap, softener, and maybe some of those fragrance boosters and your clothes will be fresh, clean, and najasah free!
