Q: Do I need my husband's permission to make Hajj/Umrah?

A: Your husband should not prevent you from making your obligatory Hajj/Umrah if all the conditions are met. You do require his permission to make a voluntary Hajj/Umrah. If you do begin the process, he has the authority to have you disengage from ihram.
