Online Courses
We are currently offering two types of online courses.
Guided Study Courses are offered throughout the year and include a variety of topics. Students in this program will be assigned weekly tasks, be involved in group discussions, and have the opportunity to ask questions. Students who complete the course will be awarded an ijazah or a certificate of completion.
Independent Study Courses are available year-round and accessible all of the time for free. These courses are self-paced and self-guided. There are no assignments or group discussions. Registration is not required. Ijazahs and certificates are not currently issued for the completion of this course type.
Guided Study Courses
- Mon, Dec 01Ta’sīs-Level Tafsīr Course - Introduces students to the science of exegesis, reviewing the most oft-recited chapter of the Qur'ān.
- Mon, Mar 30A foundational treatise on Sunni creed (ʿaqīdah) according to the school of the early Hanbali imams by the renowned Ibn Qudāmah al-Maqdisī (620H).
- Mon, Jul 13A foundational treatise on Hanbali Fiqh according to the school of the later Hanbali imams by the renowned Abdul-Rahman al-Ba'li (1192H).
